About Therapy

I can offer either Counselling, CBT, or a mix of both, depending on your individual needs. I offer in-person therapy in a lovely cabin (opposite), as well as offering sessions online. People often ask what I can help with, but I find it best that we have a conversation about your needs and then decide if we would be a good fit.
